Product Description
EVERGREEN BLEND of sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil is the results of a recipe combining the positive features of sunflower oil – rich in fatty acids, Omega 6 and antioxidants such as vitamin E – and those of extra virgin olive oil. This way creating a perfect blend with a high content of oleic acid.
This oil has a pale yellow color with green shades and a delicate taste of olives. EVERGREEN blend of sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil is suitable to delicately season fish or vegetable dishes without covering their flavor. It is also ideal for preserves. The addition of extra virgin olive oil makes this blend more stable, so it can be used for frying as well.
